CAUGHT RIGHT: Our cold-water, North Atlantic lobsters come exclusively from independent, licensed Maine and Canadian lobster fishermen, who follow the industry's strictest guidelines to assure quality and sustainability of this extraordinary food.
PICKED RIGHT: Our lobsters are hand-sorted, weighed and individually inspected. Only a fraction of the lobsters in the traps end up being high-quality, big and vigorous enough to make our cut as gourmet lobsters for your home delivery.
PACKED RIGHT: Our lobsters are packed live and snug with seaweed or other moisture retainers, together with 24-hour cold packs in reusable Styrofoam boxes to ensure they are healthy and vigorous upon arrival.
SHIPPED RIGHT: We use FedEx Overnight exclusively, so our lobsters arrive on time and as fresh as they can be. As we do so much shipping, we negotiate deep volume discounts with FedEx, which we pass on to you with our low flat-rate price of $47.
