Placing and Tracking an Order
When do I get confirmation that my order has been placed?
  You should receive confirmation by email very shortly after placing your order. If not, then check to make sure that the email hasn't been trapped in an email junk-mail or spam filter. Please take care to include your correct email address when you place your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that your order must be canceled before noon (Eastern Time), on the day your seafood is to be shipped. There is no charge to do this, and a cancellation number will be sent to you right away by email.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. An email with your Fedex tracking number is not sent until the morning before your chosen delivery date. If you are shipping live Certified Maine lobsters from Lobster.COM to someone as a gift, we recommend that you notify the lucky recipient that the package is on its way. (Keep them in suspense by not telling them what your gift is. Boy will they be happily surprised.)
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.
