About preparation. Slow thaw our gluten free Manhattan clam chowder overnight in your refrigerator, if you can wait. You'll enjoy the ingredient subtleties more. You could do it quicker. Leave it on the counter for a couple of hours and heat it up in the oven or on the stove top, covered.

Some gluten free products don't measure up to expectations; but, our Gluten free clam chowder is totally fabulous and a crowd pleaser. One half-gallon provides an 8-oz serving for eight. After thawing and opening, any remaining chowder will be fine for three or four days refrigerated.


Gluten Free Manhattan Clam Chowder contents: Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Salt, Citric Acid), Clam Broth from Concentrate, Clam Meat, Water, Potatoes (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate Added to Maintain Color), Onions, Green Bell Peppers, Carrots, Celery, Contains 2% or less of: Chicken Base (Chicken, Salt, Rendered Chicken Fat, Dextrose, Sugar, Natural Flavoring, Roast Chicken Flavor [Rendered Chicken Fat, Flavor, Safflower Oil], Chicken Broth, Turmeric), Garlic, Olive Oil, Parsley, Salt Substitute (Salt, Potassium Chloride, Natural Flavor) and Spices.
