Famous for their plumpness and taste. Our Ipswich steamers are always shucked from the shell fresh, not frozen. Wonderful dipped in melted butter after being steamed or sautéd. Or, of course, they're ready for easy frying. Approximately 50 whole-body shucked clams in a quart.
